Sumo Chess
A downloadable game for Windows, macOS, and Linux
Use your character to move chess pieces or attack other characters and ultimately win the chess game. You can play local multiplayer with unlimited friends.
Controls:
Movement: wasd or arrows
Pick up/ Set down: e or shift
Dash: Space
Leave lobby/game: esc
There are global servers you can play the game over. If you are not able to connect to them however, you can still play local multiplayer.
Also, here's another interpretation of SumoChess. We both came up with the term independently and tbh I really like his interpretation as-well :). sumochess.org

how do i play this game?!!??!1
use wasd or arrows to move and shift or space to pick up chess pieces. I must excuse though since it seems that the multiplayer doesn't work properly jet :|.
